As part of our Business Operations team, you’ll lead strategically critical initiatives and will play an active role in key processes such as new growth verticals, M&A and attaining operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading high-priority projects that drive growth and innovation.

• Act as a mentor to junior analysts, building the team’s skills and fostering professional development.

• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a results-driven individual with strong analytical and strategic skills. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a track record of delivering complex projects. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Experience in project management, ideally from a management consulting firm or a similar environment.

• Solid technical proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
