About you:

As a Product Owner, you have both strategic and operational responsibility and lead the development of our product. You have a good understanding of agile processes, development and are used to gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions, all with a customer-centric approach. You have the ability to think innovatively while maintaining a clear connection to our current and future needs.

As you will be in contact with many stakeholders and collaborate with others on a daily basis, it is important that you have a good ability to collaborate and make contacts both internally, and externally with new and existing stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is customer-driven and goal-oriented with a keen interest in digital development.

✍ Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent training/work experience

🤜🤛 Must be able to work in a team environment with a “can do” attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges

⚡You have a technical understanding and for Agile processes and development

The role includes:

• You will guide the development team towards goal-driven development and application operation with continuous fast and sharp deliveries from an impact, cost, time and user perspective
• Forecasting and follow-up of products/system solutions in your area
• Conduct business development by gathering and understanding needs and translating this into features
• Guiding the development team towards goal-driven development and application operation with continuous fast and sharp deliveries from an effect, cost, time and user perspective.
• Be responsible for ensuring training both internally and externally of the products within your product area
• Sync product changes with other relevant teams/product areas. Affected teams should be given the opportunity to adapt
