Head of Finance

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to join DigitalTolk’s leadership team. This key role will involve developing our Business Control function and leading our accounting team while contributing to the company’s growth through mergers and acquisitions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll operate both at a tactical and strategic level to support our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Control: Establish and optimize business control processes to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.

• Accounting Oversight: Manage the accounting team, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

• Strategic Financial Planning: Partner with the executive team to create and execute financial strategies aligned with our growth objectives.

• M&A Leadership: Drive mergers and acquisitions by identifying, assessing, and executing opportunities for expansion.

• Financial Reporting: Deliver insightful financial reports and recommendations to the CEO and other key stakeholders.

• Budget Management: Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial health.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to maintain stability and sustainability.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance team to achieve excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Proven track record in a senior finance position, preferably within a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Strategic Acumen: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Problem-Solving: Adept at data-driven decision-making and resolving complex financial challenges.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial software and tools, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
