About the Role

We're looking for a curious and organised Case Study & Content Arbetspraktik to help us gather, shape, and generate high-quality customer and interpreter case studies.

You'll work closely with our marketing, sales, customer service, and product teams to identify strong stories, collect input from stakeholders, turn raw material into clear narratives, and support the creation of written and visual case study content. The role is primarily about case study collection, research, interviewing, writing, and potentially also AI-assisted content generation, with the option to contribute to video production where it adds value or if it is something the individual is interested in.

If you enjoy storytelling, asking thoughtful questions, interviewing people, structuring information, learning to or using AI tools, and turning real customer experiences into useful content, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Gather background information, quotes, outcomes, and supporting details from internal teams and external contacts

• Help prepare interview questions and conduct or support case study interviews

• Draft written case studies, summaries, testimonials, and story outlines

• Use AI tools where relevant and learn to use them in refining content

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to connect stories to relevant themes, services, and customer needs

• Optionally support video case studies, interviews, short clips, or other multimedia formats when suitable

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has a genuine interest in storytelling, communication, research, and case study development

• Can fluently speak Swedish for interviews, source material, editing, and production purposes

• Can communicate in English for internal office communication

• Is organised, proactive, and comfortable following up with different stakeholders

• Enjoys turning messy notes and raw input into clear, structured content

• Is curious about AI tools and how they can support writing, research, and content generation

• Pays attention to detail and can handle sensitive customer stories professionally

• Can manage multiple case study projects and meet deadlines

• Writing samples, interview experience, or portfolio examples are advantageous
