Your opportunity: Our AI interpretation product just launched with first paying customers and strong market demand (4 major RFIs in 2 months). We need someone hungry to own the commercial side - build the go-to-market, drive the revenue, scale from 0→50 MSEK over 3-5 years.
The Role: Own the Revenue
This is your chance to go from individual contributor to commercial leader. You'll have complete ownership of go-to- market strategy and revenue growth for our AI interpretation product.
What You'll Own:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution (60%):
• Build and execute commercial strategy from scratch
• Own >10 MSEK ARR target in Year 1, scaling to 50 MSEK over 3-5 years
Drive revenue through three channels:
• Existing customer upsell (primary) - Partner with CSM team, lead strategic conversations, close deals
• Strategic tender positioning - Position AI as differentiator in major public sector bids
• New customer acquisition - Enable sales team, drive new business
Customer Intelligence & Product Influence (30%):
• Be the voice of the customer to our product team
• Gather feedback, identify needs, surface requirements
• Influence product roadmap based on market insights
• Help shape what we build to maximize commercial success
Market Development (10%):
Build market presence through thought leadership and partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and demand generation
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends
• Represent DigitalTolk at industry events
The Growth Path: Start as IC driving deals. Prove the model. Build and lead your own commercial team as revenue scales.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken) - essential for customer conversations and team collaboration
• 3-4 years experience in IT/software sales, services consulting, or startup environments
• Proven sales ability: Track record of hitting targets and closing deals
• Commercial mindset: You understand how to drive revenue and growth
• Entrepreneurial hunger: You want to build something, not just execute tasks
• Communication skills: Can pitch to executives, write proposals, influence stakeholders
• B2B experience preferred - selling to businesses or public sector
