About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to own the complete P&L responsibility for our cutting-edge AI interpretation product. You'll be at the forefront of transforming how interpretation services are delivered globally, making a real difference in people's lives while building a commercially successful business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales: Personally carry out client acquisition, meeting with both prospects and existing interpretation customers to drive adoption
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement a focused 80/20 commercial strategy within 2 weeks (after 2 weeks company onboarding) to efficiently position our AI interpretation solutions in the market, prioritizing high-impact activities for immediate execution
- Product Vision: Work with executive team to establish product vision and strategy and with commercial & product teams to craft product roadmaps & execution frameworks
- Revenue Growth: Own and deliver on ambitious revenue targets with full P&L responsibility'
- Team Building: Recruit and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team as the product scales and we prove success in the product
- Channel Optimization: Leverage existing distribution channels while identifying new opportunities for market expansion

- Experience: 2-3 years in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in technology or SaaS
- Education: Graduate from KTH, Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan), or similar institution
- Background: Experience from consultancies like Netlight or similar environments that foster analytical thinking and client-facing skills
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a "Figure it out and find out" approach to challenges
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology
- Drive: Ambitious self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment
