From our start in 2015, we have had strong growth, especially in Sweden, and now we are increasing the pace both in Sweden and internationally. We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer that will join us on this journey! 🚀
About the role:
We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer with the mission to lead and drive alignment between the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success functions. As CRO, you will be the strategic leader that owns revenue - through both new sales and growing existing customer base.
The role includes everything from developing and executing marketing strategies to drive direct sales activities and customer success. Driving the alignment across these functions require working with different department leaders, executives and key stakeholders while extracting values from teams, relationships and partners.
You will be responsbile for leading the revenue operations towards higher performance, shorter deal cycles, smarter scaling goals, enhanced customer retention.
The role includes:
- Collecting and analysing all forecast and pipeline data, to synthesize long-term revenue growth and retention.
- Build and lead world-class Marketing, Sales and Customer Success Organization.
- You are the driving force behind the company's growth, and you will play a vital role in ensuring that all revenue streams are optimized.
- You will be part of the Executive Mangement Team and report to the CEO.
About you:

You have the ability to navigate and adapt in complex situations in combination with a clear mind when considering priorities and making decisions. You are secure in your role, with the courage to push your ideas. We also believe that you are an hands-on, inspiring leader who knows how to generate commitment.
- Extensive experience in Sales and Marketing roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis to drive informed business decisions.
- Leadership experience in team management and fostering alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in crafting and executing business strategies.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently over multiple years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Experience in budget development and cost prediction for projects.
- Exposure to international sales and expansion.
- Bonus points for expertise in selling to the public sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a minimum requirement.
