Customer Success Manager

About the role:
As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing success and satisfaction of our customers. You will do this by acting as an advocate for customer needs and requirements within the organization. Your portfolio of customers may include both customers from public sector as well as privately owned companies. You will work closely with the customers to ensure they are getting the most of our interpretation services and will be responsible for retaining and growing their business. You will also work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
The role also includes:
- Identifying business opportunities based on customer behaviours and upsell new services and features to existing customers.
- Create and deliver engaging customer presentations, training sessions, and other communication materials.
- Guide existing customers with day-to-day questions based on the latest best practices and available tools.
- Onboarding new customers to our platform together with Sales, keep them engaged throughout their lifecycle.
About you:
You are service-oriented with a great ability to build trust with customers and take ownership. You need to be a proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mentality. It is also important to be structured, with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
- Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) relationship building and developing customer accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratievely and cross-functionally
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
- You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently
