We are looking for a Group Business Controller with an exceptional drive and analytical mindset to be a key player in our finance team as we continue to grow. You will play a vital part in creating analysis and implementing processes to ensure that the management team has adequate information for decision making and for effective business control, including everything from operational performance to forecasts. As this is a new role for the company you will be able to build your own structure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement automatization of reporting deliverables within finance
• Developing and enhancing follow-up structure (and analysis) to evaluate performance by customer, product and market
• Proactive business controlling to support long term growth of the comapany
• Analyze monthly result, prepare reports, action plans and initiate follow-ups
• Maintain high quality of data and work closely with other teams to continuously improve data quality, reporting and analysis.

Skills and Qualifications
Analytical and driven by turning analysis of facts and figures into action, result driven & take initiative to achieve set goals. We believe that the right person has experience in forecasting, budgeting and analysis. We need you to be a good communicator and have an excellent sense of structure.

Qualifications to be successful:

• Relevant education at Bachelor or Master level
• Digital capabilities and an advanced user of Microsoft office (especially Excel) and other analysis/reporting tool
• Swedish and English – written and verbal proficiency
• Meriting if you have worked in tech or staffing previously
