We’re looking for someone ready to step into Engineering Management — a people-focused leader with strong engineering understanding, delivery ownership, and the ability to support engineering teams in an AI-enabled environment

What you’ll do

• Lead and support an engineering team in delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Coach, mentor, and help engineers grow.

• Improve team ways of working, ownership, and collaboration.

• Work closely with Product/POs and stakeholders on priorities and delivery.

• Identify delivery, team, or process risks and drive resolution.

• Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and team development.

• Guide the team on effective and responsible AI usage.

• Promote good practices around quality, observability, incidents, and automation.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Engineer, Team Lead, or similar role.

• Demonstrated experience mentoring, guiding, or coordinating engineers.

• Good understanding of software development and modern engineering practices.

• Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong ownership, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Understanding of AI-assisted engineering workflows.

• Self-driven, pragmatic, and people-focused.
