We are looking for a Finance & Business Analyst – Controller Track (Remote) to join our team and support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to grow into a controller function while contributing to the operational success.

Key Responsibilities
- Support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor key financial and business metrics, helping to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with the management and stakeholders to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
- Produce analyses on OPEX/CAPEX and business KPIs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Produce ad hoc analysis as requested by management and stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools. Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis principles.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Relevant finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus, but practical experience is valued.
