Are you a structured and engaged project manager with experience from the translation industry? Do you want to help develop the language services of the future? At DigitalTolk, we are looking for a Remote Translation Project Manager who wants to contribute to delivering services of the highest quality and creating value for our customers.

About the Role

In this role, you will become part of a team responsible for delivering translation projects from start to finish together with our fantastic translators. You will act as a link between customers, freelance translators, and internal teams, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets our high quality standards.

In addition to managing day-to-day project operations, you will also contribute to developing and improving our processes. This means you will play an important role in building a strong foundation for the company’s future.

As a Remote Translation Project Manager, you will be a key person who:

• Plans, leads, and follows up on translation projects from start to finish.

• Ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our high quality standards.

• Builds strong relationships with customers and manages their needs and expectations.

• Works closely with freelance translators and internal teams to coordinate and optimize resources.

• Identifies areas for improvement and implements new solutions to streamline our processes.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in project management within translation, localization, or language services.

• A strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

• Knowledge of CAT tools and project management software, as well as experience working with digital platforms.

• A solution-oriented, independent, and customer-focused mindset.

• German language and English language proficiency

• Swiss German will be a plus
