Our purpose is to give a voice to those who don’t speak the local language; we arrange translators so that patients can get medical treatments in their new country and communicate with doctors. We arrange translators for crime victims so that they can get justice. Our job is to arrange interpreters through our platform for our customers.

Our end customers are hospitals, courts/lawyers, and municipalities who communicate with refugees and other people in need.

About the Role

We’re looking for a product-minded engineer who can own the front-end domain, lead initiatives, move fast without breaking quality, and ship production-grade web and mobile experiences.

If you think in systems, care about performance, understand APIs, and enjoy turning complexity into clean architecture — this role is for you.

What You’ll Build

• Front-end architecture and technical direction

• Scalable web applications (Vue / React ecosystems)

• Contribution to mobile app experiences

• Performance, maintainability, and engineering standards

• Cross-functional technical coordination

Requirement

• 5+ years of professional front-end experience

• Proven ownership of complex systems in production

• Experience leading engineers or mentoring team members

Core Technical Strength

• Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Production experience with:

  • Vue 3 (Nuxt) OR

  • React (Next.js)

• Deep understanding of:

  • Component architecture

  • State management patterns

  • SSR / SSG

  • Routing strategies

• Strong performance optimization skills

Systems & Backend Awareness

• Solid understanding of:

  • REST APIs

  • Authentication & authorization flows

  • Web security fundamentals

  • Data validation & error handling

• Ability to understand systems at a high level and collaborate effectively with backend teams

Quality & Engineering Discipline

• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, or E2E)

• Strong code review culture participation

• Structured, maintainable coding practices

Mobile Exposure

• Hands-on experience with:

  • iOS, Android, or hybrid apps and Understanding mobile production constraints

Nice To Have

• Experience with Capacitor

• Experience shipping apps to App Store / Google Play

• Experience with Playwright

• Strong TypeScript production experience

• CI/CD setup for web and/or mobile

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) and integrating AI into engineering workflows

• PWA or offline-first architecture

• Basic native knowledge (Swift / Kotlin / Java)
